This completely renovated Two bedrooms, fully fitted, fully furnished, self catering Ground floor Holiday Apartment, suitable for 4 people (maximum of five), in the Edificio "Goya" is available for rental all year. Situated only 150 metres or three minutes walk, from the Playa Roqueta in Guardamar del Segura, on the Costa Blanca (white coast) in Southern Spain. This Playa is designated a Blue Flag Beach that stretches for twelve kilometres.  There are Lidl, Dia and Mercadona supermarkets within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Bars restaurants and shops are nearer. This delightful typical Spanish seaside resort on the Costa Blanca, is ideal for a chilled out, relaxing holiday. With flights' so inexpensive, spend a long weekend or a couple of weeks away from the hustle and bustle of your hectic stressful lifestyle here at the apartment in Guardamar.

The nearest airport is Alicante which is about 25 minutes by car from our apartment. Another airport which is becoming more popular with the "no frills" airlines is San Javier near Murcia, this is approximately 40 minutes by car away. Car hire is reasonable, it can be done at the airport where there are many hire companies available. Alternatively, use the one local to our holiday apartment/flat in Guardamar.
